Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of Sospark, operated by the Sospark team. By creating an account you agree to them.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe and turn on two-factor authentication. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including actions by team members you invite.
Acceptable use
- Follow the rules of every platform you connect (Meta's terms and community standards, the YouTube Terms of Service, WhatsApp's terms) and applicable law, including consumer protection and personal data protection law.
- No spam, unsolicited bulk messages, scams, gambling promotion, harassment or illegal content.
- Only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
- Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put the service or platforms at risk.
WhatsApp connects as a linked device, not through WhatsApp's official Business API. WhatsApp may limit or ban numbers it considers automated or abusive. You accept that risk when you connect a number; use a number you can afford to lose and keep message volumes reasonable.
Plans and payment
Paid plans are prepaid for the period you choose and do not renew automatically. Prices include the limits shown on the billing page. Coupons and affiliate commissions follow the conditions shown when they are offered. For refund requests or payment problems, contact [email protected].
Your content
You keep ownership of your content and your contacts' data. You give us permission to process it only to provide Sospark, as described in the Privacy Policy. AI-generated replies and captions are suggestions you are responsible for; review your automations.
Availability
We work to keep Sospark running but cannot guarantee it is uninterrupted, and platforms may change or limit their APIs at any time, which can affect features.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Sospark is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it arose. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for actions platforms take against your accounts.
Ending
You can stop using Sospark at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may end the service for an account with notice, or immediately for serious misuse.
