Add-ons

Owners can buy more room on top of their plan on the Billing page, paid once like a plan payment:

• Account slots: Rp39,000 per 50 account slots. For the Agency plan.
• Team seats: Rp39,000 per 10 team seats. For the Agency plan.
• Storage: Rp39,000 per 5 GB. For the Creator, Business, Agency plans.

Pick an amount or type your own, in steps of one unit and up to 20 units at a time. Add-ons add up: buying again adds to what you have. A coupon made for add-ons can be entered in the Add-ons card.

How long they last

• Account slots and team seats work while your plan is active. When the plan ends they are kept for 30 days, so renewing in time brings them back; after that they reset to 0.
• Storage goes back to your plan's amount when the plan ends. Files you saved stay in the library; new uploads wait until there is room.

Account slots and team seats are for the top plan only: on smaller plans, upgrading gives you more for your money.
