The Sospark assistant

Open Assistant and ask in your own words, for example "What is still waiting for a reply?", "How did my accounts do this week?" or "How do I hide spam comments?"

• It looks things up with your own access, so it only sees the accounts and menus you can open.
• Replies, status changes, hiding comments and scheduling posts are proposals: nothing happens until you confirm the card.
• Customer names and contact details are hidden from the AI.
• Conversations are kept for 30 days.

Each question uses AI tokens, more than a reply does because the assistant runs on a larger model and may look several things up.
