Invite your team

Owners can invite people from Team. The invitation link is valid for 7 days.

Roles

• Owner: everything, including connecting accounts, billing and the team.
• Operator: works in the inbox, messages, automation, schedule and reports. Connecting accounts, billing, the team, developer settings and the affiliate program are for owners.

Limit what an operator can do

• Accounts: choose which connected accounts they see. With none chosen, their inbox stays empty.
• Menus: choose from Inbox, Messages, Automation, Schedule, Reports, Research. Home, Accounts and their own sign-in settings are always available.

Removing someone ends their access right away; the replies they sent stay in the history. The number of people depends on your plan.
