Work through the Inbox

The Inbox collects comments and mentions from every connected account, newest first. Filter by account, type or status, or search.

Statuses

• Pending: waiting for an answer.
• Resolved: answered, by you or by automation.
• Ignored: no answer needed, or the comment was hidden or deleted.

Open an item to see the post it belongs to, the replies already sent, and a link to it on the platform. From there you can reply publicly, send the commenter a DM, hide or delete the comment, or change its status.

Shortcuts

• ↑ / ↓ move through the list, Esc closes the item.
• Ctrl + Enter (or ⌘ + Enter) sends a reply.

New items appear without reloading, with an optional sound and desktop notification. See Notifications.
