What each platform supports

Sospark only uses what each platform's official tools allow, so a few actions differ per platform.

Instagram (Business or Creator account)

Reply to comments, hide or delete them, and send one DM to the person who commented.
Reply to DMs, story replies and story mentions.
Comments during a Live can only be answered by DM, while the Live is running.
Instagram does not allow apps to like comments or attach images to comment replies.

Reply to comments (optionally with an image), like them, hide or delete them, and send one Messenger message to the commenter.
Reply to Messenger messages.

Reply to replies on your posts (optionally with an image) and to posts that mention you, and hide replies.
Threads has no direct messages for apps, and replies cannot be liked or deleted by apps.

Reply to new comments on your videos, and hide comments: a hidden comment waits under Held for review in YouTube Studio until you approve or remove it.
YouTube does not send new comments to apps, so Sospark checks your channel every couple of minutes. Replies inside a comment thread are not picked up.
YouTube has no direct messages, and apps cannot like comments or delete other people's comments.

Reply to direct messages sent to your Telegram Business account, with images, files and link buttons. Telegram has no comments for bots to answer.
Needs Telegram Premium on your account, and only chats that wrote to you in the last 24 hours can be answered.
Schedule posts to channels and groups where the Sospark bot is an admin: text, a link, or up to 10 photos and videos. Telegram fetches media from Sospark, which works for photos up to 5 MB and videos up to 20 MB.

Reply to incoming chats, with images or PDFs. There are no comments on WhatsApp.

DM to a commenter: once per comment, within 7 days of the comment.
Replies to direct messages: within 24 hours of the person's last message. See Direct messages and the 24-hour window.
