Getting started with Sospark

Sospark answers comments and direct messages on Instagram, Facebook Pages, Threads and WhatsApp for you, keeps every conversation in one inbox, and publishes the posts you schedule.

1. Connect an account. Open Accounts and choose Connect account. Instagram, Facebook and Threads use Meta's official login; WhatsApp links by QR code. See Connect an Instagram account.
2. Set up automation. Open the account and pick a template such as Online shop or Customer service, replace the example text with your own details, and save. See How automation works.
3. Try it. Comment on one of your posts from another account. The comment shows up in the Inbox and the reply follows within seconds.
4. Plan your posts. Use Schedule to publish to several accounts at once. See Schedule a post.
5. Protect your sign-in. Turn on two-step verification under Security.
