Connect an Instagram account

You need an Instagram Business or Creator account. A personal account can be switched to a professional one for free in the Instagram app's settings.

1. Open Accounts and choose Connect account → Instagram.
2. Sign in on Instagram's own page and allow the permissions Sospark asks for. Sospark never sees your password.
3. You come back to Sospark with the account connected. Choose Set up automation from a template to start replying.

Only the business owner can connect and disconnect accounts. Team members can open accounts and edit their automation.

If it does not work

• The account was skipped as already connected: an account can belong to one Sospark business at a time. Disconnect it there first.
• Skipped because the quota is full: disconnect another account or move to a bigger plan. See Plans and limits.
• DMs do not arrive: in the Instagram app, check that message access for connected tools is allowed in your privacy settings for messages.
