Connect Telegram

Sospark works in Telegram through its own bot. Open Accounts, choose Connect account → Telegram, tap Open and press Start in Telegram. This links your Telegram to your Sospark business; the link works once, for 30 minutes. Then:

Answer messages

1. In Telegram, open Settings → Telegram Business → Chatbots, add the Sospark bot and allow it to reply to messages. Telegram allows this only for accounts with Telegram Premium.
2. The bot confirms, and your business account appears in Accounts. Set up Reply to incoming messages in its automation.

The bot can only answer chats that wrote to you in the last 24 hours, and never starts a conversation. You can add the chatbot before or after pressing Start.

Post to a channel or group

• Channel: after pressing Start, tap Add to a channel and pick your channel. Keep the right to post messages turned on.
• Group: tap Add to a group and pick the group. This link connects the group even if you skipped Start.

Each channel or group appears in Accounts and counts toward your plan. Schedule posts to it from Schedule: text, a link, or up to 10 photos and videos (Telegram takes photos up to 5 MB and videos up to 20 MB this way). If the bot is removed or loses the right to post, the account shows Access revoked and its scheduled posts fail until you add it back.

Pause or remove

• To pause answering, turn the chatbot off in Telegram's Chatbots settings. Sospark shows the account as needing attention until you turn it back on.
• To remove it completely, disconnect the account here and remove the chatbot in Telegram.
