How automation works

Each connected account has its own automation. Open it from Accounts.

Two levels

• Account automation applies to every post that has no automation of its own. Replies to direct messages and story replies are only set here.
• Per post automation replaces the account automation for one post, for example a giveaway. Pick the post from the list, or enter its post ID. You can also attach automation while scheduling a post.

What it can do

• Hide comments: gambling spam, banned words, or comments the AI judges against your policy. See Hide spam and unwanted comments.
• Reply to comments publicly, like them (Facebook), and DM the commenter once.
• Reply to incoming messages and to story replies and mentions.

Each reply can be fixed text, chosen by keyword, or written by AI. See Fixed text, keyword and AI replies. A delay of up to 60 seconds makes replies feel less instant.

Good to know

• Your own comments and replies never trigger automation, so Sospark does not answer itself.
• When automation replies to a comment or message, the item is marked Resolved in the Inbox. Likes and hidden comments do not change its status.
• Every action is logged in Reports, with the reason when something fails.
