Fixed text, keyword and AI replies

Every reply in an automation has a Reply type:

Fixed text: the same reply every time, with optional variations.
By keyword: a different reply for each keyword, such as price, size or location. Leave the last keyword empty for a default reply to anything else.
Written by AI: the AI writes each reply from your instructions. See AI replies.

Variations and names

Write {name} to insert the person's name.
Write {Hi|Hello|Hey} and Sospark picks one at random. Variations make repeated replies look less like a bot, and platforms are less likely to flag them.

Match types: Contains word (anywhere in the text), Exact match (the whole text), or a regular expression for advanced users.

Templates contain example text in square brackets. Replace it with your own details; Sospark will not save an active automation that still has it.
