Hide spam and unwanted comments

Turn on Hide comments in an account's automation and choose what to hide:

Online gambling spam (built-in shield): catches the usual online-gambling and scam promotions without any setup.
Comments with banned words: your own list, one word or phrase per line.
Judged by AI against my policy: describe what you do not want, for example rude comments or accusations without evidence. Personal data in comments is masked before the AI reads them.

On Instagram and Facebook you can delete matching comments instead of hiding them. Threads can only hide.

Hidden comments disappear from public view. You can also hide or delete a single comment from the Inbox.

Start with the template Spam protection only if you want moderation without any automatic replies.
