AI replies

Choose Written by AI as the reply type and fill in Instructions for the AI: what you sell, prices, sizes, opening hours, how to order, and your tone. For example: "Answer in a friendly, concise way. T-shirt Rp99,000, sizes S–XL. Order via DM."

• The AI only states prices, links and promises that are in your instructions or the post's caption.
• It answers in the language of the comment.
• Names, phone numbers, emails and similar details are removed before anything is sent to the AI.

By default this is Sospark AI, which runs on Google Gemini and is paid from your AI tokens. Or add your own key under Developer → AI from Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), DeepSeek, OpenRouter, Sumopod or Z.ai: usage is then billed to your account with that provider, and you pick the model.

Check the automation log in Reports during the first days and refine your instructions.
