Send a DM with a button (comment-to-DM)

On Instagram and Facebook, DM to commenters can send a two-step message:

1. A first DM with one button, for example "Want our price list?" with the button Send it.
2. When the person taps the button, Sospark sends the follow-up: text, an image, up to 3 link buttons, or up to 10 cards as a carousel.

Set it up in the account or per-post automation: turn on DM to commenters and choose DM with a button (comment-to-DM) as the reply type.

Followers only (Instagram)

Turn on the follower check to send the follow-up only to people who follow you. Others get your "Follow us first" message with the same button, so they can tap again after following.

Each comment can get one DM, within 7 days. Button labels can be up to 20 characters.
